Shipping & Returns

Shipping will be processed via least expensive carrier (Canada Post, FedEx, Greyhound, or UPS) unless otherwise specified. Exact shipping costs are charged. Notification of approximate delivery date will be given at time of ordering.

Returns: All sales are final except on damaged or wrongly shipped items. Please inspect shipment upon delivery and notify us no later than 3 business days after receipt if there are any damages or missing items. After 3 days items are no longer eligible for return or compensation. An RA number will be given for the return of items and must be visible on the exterior of the box. Any cancellations after the ordering deadline of the 15th of each month for monthly orders, or 30 days prior to delivery of seasonal collections, will incur a 25% restocking fee.
